In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below. Where the context requires, singular terms include the plural and vice versa.

To be eligible to open and maintain a 99nobu Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your membership:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable law. 99nobu primarily serves residents of Indonesia; it is your responsibility to determine whether using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee or contractor of 99nobu or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously had a 99nobu Account closed, suspended, or terminated for cause, including but not limited to fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You have full legal capacity under the laws of your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement with 99nobu.

99nobu reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, or residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in any such request may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your Account.

One Account per person. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the 99nobu Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all balances associated with the duplicate accounts and the permanent closure of all accounts held by that individual.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes. 99nobu is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 99nobu support immediately via live chat or by email at [email protected]. 99nobu will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

KYC verification. Before your first withdrawal, and at any time at 99nobu's discretion, you may be required to complete identity verification. Acceptable documents include a government-issued Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or equivalent. Proof of payment method (e.g., a bank statement showing your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri account) may also be required. Withdrawals will be suspended pending successful completion of KYC.

All financial transactions on 99nobu are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following payment channels are currently supported:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to availability and issuer approval).

Deposits. Deposits made via e-wallet are credited to your Account balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 5 to 15 minutes of the transfer being confirmed by the sending institution. 99nobu does not charge any deposit fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 99nobu accepts no responsibility.

Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed at the time of each transaction in the 99nobu cashier. These limits may be adjusted from time to time without prior notice.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed by 99nobu's finance team within 15 minutes during Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7) business hours, and within 30 minutes at any other time. The actual receipt of funds in your nominated bank account or e-wallet is subject to your financial institution's own processing times, for which 99nobu accepts no liability.

Inactive account fee. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. 99nobu reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of Rp 50.000 to dormant accounts, deducted from the available balance, until the balance reaches zero or the Member logs in and reactivates the account.

99nobu offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds requirements, and expiry dates. Where specific promotion terms conflict with these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Wagering requirements specify the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are always stated clearly at the point of offer.
• Bonus expiry. Bonus Funds and any associated free spins that are not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically without compensation.
• Eligible games. Not all games on the Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Specific game contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms. Bets placed on excluded games while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus.
• One bonus per household. Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is limited to one redemption per Member, per household address, per device, and per IP address.
• Abuse prevention. 99nobu reserves the right to withhold, reclaim, or cancel any bonus, free spin, or promotion — and to void any winnings derived from it — if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, the use of automated software, collusion, or any other conduct designed to exploit a promotion in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.

Seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events — including Idul Fitri, Imlek, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day — are published in the Promotions section of the Platform and are subject to the same general bonus rules above, in addition to any event-specific conditions.

All bets and wagers placed on 99nobu are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product vertical. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the relevant product rules.

• Sportsbook. Bets on sporting events — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup, and international fixtures — are governed by the sportsbook rules published in the Sportsbook section. Asian handicap, mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator), and voor bola (handicap line) markets are available subject to event availability and pre-match or in-play status.
• Live Casino. All live dealer games from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and other certified providers are governed by the rules displayed within each game interface. 99nobu is not responsible for technical interruptions to live streams caused by circumstances beyond its control.
• Slots. All slot games are certified for fairness by independent testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published within each game's information panel. Slot gacor (high-payout slot) designations are editorial recommendations only and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions.
• Togel. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws are conducted according to the schedule published in the Togel lobby, aligned to WIB time. Results are final once posted. No claims regarding draw outcomes will be entertained after 24 hours of the result being published.
• Voided bets. 99nobu reserves the right to void any bet where a manifest error has occurred in the published odds, where the relevant event has been cancelled or abandoned, or where there is evidence that the integrity of the event has been compromised.

99nobu is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. Betting and gaming should never be regarded as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Members via the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in Rupiah. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been logged in and actively playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary exclusion of 1, 3, or 6 months, or a permanent self-exclusion. During any self-exclusion period, your Account will be locked and you will be unable to log in, deposit, or wager.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up summaries of your session duration and net wager activity to support informed decision-making.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 99nobu Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account immediately suspended and may have funds withheld pending investigation, which may result in permanent account closure and the forfeiture of all balances.

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point thereafter, including during KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform, or operating an Account on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit the games or sportsbook offerings.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players or with personnel at 99nobu, or any form of manipulation of a sporting event or casino game outcome.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the Platform, including structuring deposits to avoid transaction reporting thresholds.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction made on the Platform via your bank or payment provider without first contacting 99nobu's support team.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account credentials or Account balance to any third party.

All content on the 99nobu Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, graphics, text, data feeds, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 99nobu or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, redistribute, modify, frame, scrape, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 99nobu.

The 99nobu Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99nobu expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

99nobu shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of the theory of liability and whether or not 99nobu has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the extent that 99nobu's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or Rp 1.000.000 (one million Rupiah), whichever is lower.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

99nobu collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

In summary, 99nobu uses your personal data to verify your identity, process transactions, provide customer support, comply with legal obligations, and — where you have provided consent — to send you promotional communications. Your data is never sold to third parties for their independent marketing purposes. For full details of your data rights and how to exercise them, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

Closure by Member. You may close your Account at any time by contacting 99nobu's support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your nominated payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Closure by 99nobu. 99nobu reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where there is a reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct, fraud, abuse of promotions, money laundering, or any other breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, 99nobu may withhold the Account balance pending the outcome of an investigation. If the investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, 99nobu may forfeit some or all of the Account balance.

Termination of your Account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to termination, and all provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination shall do so, including Clauses 8 (Prohibited Conduct), 9 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Limitation of Liability), and 13 (Governing Law).

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws under which 99nobu is licensed and regulated internationally.

Dispute resolution process. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the Platform, you must first contact 99nobu's customer support team via live chat or at [email protected], providing full details of your complaint. 99nobu will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the relevant independent dispute resolution body as specified in 99nobu's licence conditions. The decision of the dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

99nobu reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via email or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Clause 12.
